Eclecticist sits down with and recites moments, sounds and movements from across the past 40 years within the Reggae and Dub communities in the UK and beyond with Nick Manasseh, in his West London studio. They recite the pivotal days when the likes of Bob Marley, Johnny Clarke and Aswad among others, kickstarted a movement in the UK with the powerful music they were making in the 70s and 80s. They talk about the triumphs, trials and tribulations of Pirate Radio in the 80s and 90s, with reference to Manasseh's 10+ years serving Saturday night Reggae and Dub show throughout the late 80s and 90s. They talk about the importance of record stores such as Dub Vendor, who have long served sound men and music lovers with the biggest collection of Jamaican imports. Also, they discuss music production and engineering and share with the next generation insight on how to have a long career in music. Plus, there's a host of classic and exclusive music, and collaborative voices to help paint the picture.
