Since 2016, DJ MoCity has dedicated himself to building boxout.fm, providing a robust platform to support under-represented independent and alternative culture in India and beyond. The station's record label, boxout.fm Recordings, quickly became a key player in India's flourishing independent music movement. In 2018, DJ MoCity curated the monthly hip-hop focused residency called Off-Air in New Delhi, showcasing urban sounds from around the world and local talents.

During the pandemic, DJ MoCity organized a unique 72-hour radio fundraiser that united established and emerging musicians to aid India through the COVID-19 crisis. In 2021, he ran residencies across various radio stations, broadcasting over 100 hours in a single year, including Radio Alhara, Worldwide FM, and his own boxout.fm.
