Born Re-itumetse Mphatswe, Tumi Turna , is a DJ born and raised in Durban, South Africa. She started out playing hip-hop then later fell in love with Amapiano when she moved to Johannesburg to pursue her studies and that pushed her to do the genre change. She has played major events and clubs across the country and gained recognition from important players in the game.
